ROBERT SORBY BOX HOLLOWER

The Box Hollower is a new interchangeable cutter system.

A new swivel tip cutter system with specially designed cutter seat in a uniquely designed flat shaft for stability on the tool rest.
The cutter holder is angled down slightly so the cutter is in the correct position when the shaft is flat on the tools rest.
The tool is supplied with box hollower tip D. Other tips include Mushroom Tip (B) for the cut where there is not much room (sorry, just trying to be a fun guy), tips for under-cutting or fine detail work.
Can also be fitted with captive ring cutters (F to J).
Sharpen on flat edges with a diamond hone.
