Here is the full range replaceable high speed syeel cutting tips.
For those who like to design and make special hollowing tools, the bits are drilled to take M5 screws (except Nos 6, 7, 17, 18, 20 and 21 which are gripped in a specialised holder)
Spare screws are also listed.

If you are not sure which tip fits which tool, do contact us but below are our list of fittings and a few recommendations:
CUTTERS 1 – 20

• Cutter No 1, Large Teardrop is a standard cutter for RS213 Articulated Probe and can be fitted to the RS200KT Multi tip.
• Cutter No 2, Medium Teardrop is standard on the RS200KT Multi tip and can also be fitted to the RS213 Articulated Probe and for careful shear scraping, the RS8802H 24 inch Straight Probe.
• Cutter No 3, Small Teardrop is standard on the RS210 Reversible Hooker and RS215KT Chattertool.
• Cutter No 4 Bullet is standard on the RS8802H Straight Probe, RS859H Swan Neck Hollower and can be fitted to the RS230KT Master Hollower.
• Cutter No 5 Ball End is standard on the RS8802H Straight Probe.
• Cutter Nos 6 and 7 Round End and Side end Swivel Tips are a standard on the RS200KT Multi tip, the RS8803H Articulated Probe and RS213 Articulated Probe. See also in No 12 below.
• Cutter No 8 is standard on theRS8801H Straight Probe and 851H Sawn Neck Hollower and is very useful (if not my main cutter) in the RS206 Armbrace. It can also be useful on the RS230KT Master Hollower and many other tools that require a small, controllable bit.
• Cutter Nos 9 and 10 and standard on the RS826H Internal and RS827H External Shear scrapers respectively.
• Cutter No 11 is standard on the RS230KT Master Hollower and is also useful on RS8802H Straight Probe for careful shear scraping.
• Cutter No 12 is the Swivel Tip Complete and comprises a two piece cutter holder and cutter 7 above. This optional attachment fits the RS210 Reversible Hooker and is a very aggressive yet controllable hollowing tool.
• Cutter Nos 13, to 16 are Bead and Cove cutters that can be fitted to the RS200KT Multi tip to make the ‘Tri Form’ tool.
• Cutter Nos 17 and 18 are standard on the RS130KT Midi Master Hollower and RS100KT Midi Multi tip.
• Cutter No 19 is standard on the RS130KT Midi Master Hollower.
• Cutter Nos 20 and 21 are standard on the RS215 Chattertool.

SHARPENING
We find that the flat cutters are best ground at 10° to 15° to give the best cut.
For shear scraping, the burr created is a vital edge and can be restored by rubbing the edge firmly with a Crown Burnisher or similar hard steel. After doing this three or four times is best to take the tool back to the grinder to restore the clean burr.
Cutters 6 and 7 are used for hollowing or detail work and are best held in the Cutter Holder and sharpened to 10° to 15°

CUTTERS A – J
These cutting bits fit the RS803H Box Hollower

• Cutter A is a Mini Round Nose cutter
• Cutter B is a Rim cutter.
• Cutter C is a Side and Face cutter.
• Cutter D is a Side and End Cutter and is standard on the RS803H Box Hollower.
• Cutter E is a Mushroom cutter
• Cutters F to J are Captive Ring cutters is sizes 3/16in. 1/4in. 3/8in and 1/2in diameter rings respectively.

SHARPENING.
Cutters A to J are best sharpened with a fine hone (such as the Ezelap hones) although D can be carefully touched on a grinder or belt sander.
